What should I do if the gas in the nitrogen equipment is unqualified?

Nitrogen equipment calculates nitrogen concentration by measuring oxygen concentration. The oxygen electrode converts the oxygen concentration in the gas into data digits and directly displays the nitrogen concentration in the gas measured by the subtractor. The instrument adopts 79.0 air calibration method, which is easy to operate and equipped with an automatic conversion circuit. When the nitrogen concentration is greater than 95, the instrument range automatically switches, with a digital display of 95.00 and a measurement range of 0-99.99%. The instrument also has a lower limit adjustable setting circuit, with a setting range of 91.0~99.9. When the nitrogen concentration is lower than the set value, the alarm indicator light will prompt the user, and the machine will output a~220V5A contact signal with a signal of 4-20mA. The output (oxygen content 0-1%) can be connected to the video recorder.

 


Analysis of nitrogen concentration in pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator, air separation equipment, and nitrogen oxygen mixture. When the purity of nitrogen is not up to standard during startup or operation, connect the automatic ventilation indicator L2. At this point, the unqualified nitrogen discharge valve automatically opens. When the purity reaches the set requirement, ventilation indicator L2 closes and outlet indicator L1 opens. Automatically close the exhaust valve and nitrogen outlet valve, capable of delivering qualified nitrogen. If the purity of the nitrogen generator still does not reach 2 hours after starting, the purity alarm indicator L8 will flash. When adding carbon molecular sieve, cylinder alarm indicators L3 and L10 are bright (small cubic nitrogen equipment does not have cylinder pressure). The rated nitrogen production rate provided by the nitrogen equipment is the standard flow rate, and the flow meter detection value is the working flow rate. The user needs to adjust the flow regulating valve after converting to the workflow. Make the flowmeter display the rated output flow rate.
